The issue affecting the ordering process for TLS certificates has been resolved.
TLS certificate orders can now be placed as usual via our certificate provider, GlobalSign. Existing services are operating normally.
We will continue to monitor the situation to ensure ongoing stability.

Identified -
We are currently experiencing an issue affecting the ordering process for TLS certificates.
Due to a disruption involving our certificate provider, GlobalSign, new TLS certificate orders cannot be placed at this time. Existing certificates and already issued certificates remain unaffected.
We are actively working with the provider to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.
